Well, the boss is very convinced of himself and does not allow any alternatives or changes. Should be a little more tolerant in dealing with his guests. Food was ok.

Everything was great

Although the restaurant was not overcrowded, we had to wait almost 2 hours for our food. When it finally came it was quite good overall, but the fries and the schnitzel were soaked in fat ... Some of the staff were very friendly and apologized for the long waiting time, but others were rather unfriendly in their dealings. All in all not recommended for me.

Absolutely great. Very nice staff, delicious food and very cozy both in the restaurant and outside in the beer garden. The waiting time until the food comes is completely ok. The great thing is that everything is freshly prepared. Any time!

We wanted to sit on the terrace and then it started to drip already the umbrellas were closed so we decided to go in there. Drinks you got pressed into the hand the same goes for the food. Does not work !!! When we wanted to eat then ran out of chips and Schnitzel literally the fat. Our son has cut the fat when Schnitzel also injected. Previous owners were more loving Conclusion. We will not go there anymore. Does not taste greasy and too expensive for such a local

Eating and drinking are okay. The prices are on the high level of an inner city restaurant. There is probably no other way to operate an allotment garden restaurant without a further unique selling point. Everyone has to evaluate for themselves whether this is acceptable. The delicious stir-fries and sausage platters from the past, for which relatives were often invited to the beer garden with an excellent view over Kassel's east, unfortunately no longer exist. The beer garden is still nice. The card is kept simple. The service is okay. Tip: only make reservations with the boss / operator! With its space, the restaurant is ideal for club meetings.

Nicely located in a small garden area. Nice outdoor area. Premises are to rent for festivities. The prices are very high for a garden restaurant. The Greek salad was only a few ingredients (5 thin strips of pepper, 3 hot peppers, sheep cheese from cow's milk, cucumbers and tomatoes were missing). The Hessian Schmandschnitzel was prefabricated, the sauce with bacon, the side salad tasted good. Jam belongs, in my opinion not to Schmandschnitzel. Service very nice and accommodating.

No choice of food. Schnitzel has to be cut first, goulash had fallen over. Service was unskilled but attentive. This host will have a hard time, the residents and guests were too spoiled.

We were the only guests on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, we waited more than an hour for our food. Schnitzel did not taste very good and was quite greasy and the sauce unfortunately not fresh. Positive is the friendly service and I have also experienced the boss as a nice host. Too bad, culinary unfortunately still up.

Never again ! Schnitzel from the deep fryer, fried potatoes drowned in the fat. Many dishes are not available on the menu. Dear restaurateur ... a lot has to change. No recommendations for food.

After several years (and meanwhile a change of ownership) we were back at the Fasanenhof at the end of April ... what should you write? The inside is still a bit rustic and “old-fashioned”. To prepare the “Aperol Spritz”, the boss and / or cook first had to be called; apparently the service was unable to do this. It really doesn't have to be the case to hear the volume that follows and thus “every word” from the kitchen! I don't even remember what my wife ordered ... on my plate there was at least a “Jäger schnitzel with french fries”. Unfortunately, the side salad almost swam away in the dressing. The fries were basically okay, but that shouldn't be a problem normally. The schnitzel? Well, relatively small in relation to the price and drowned in a suspected glutamate sauce: - / Conclusion: We'll definitely come back and sit in the apparently beautiful beer garden, but we definitely don't want to eat there anymore. The fresh and cool beer saves the rating to two stars!

Very nice service even the boss came personally. The food was very, very tasty and there was something sweet for the little one. Prices good. Here you can spend a nice evening. Beer garden lovingly maintained.

Good food, good staff, good beer, and good ambiance. I can imagine when it gets warm, the outside area is a great beer garden as well.
